What services do we use?
- Shipping services can vary based on your location, but we typically use EVRI for standard UK shipping and ParcelForce for UK express deliveries. International orders carriers may vary.
Do we offer express services?
- We do! We offer Next Working Day services on orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday. Order placed by 12pm on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
Can I track my order?
- You will receive an email from us with a despatch note that includes your tracking. If this has not arrived, please contact us for information.
What if my order is delayed or damaged?
- Please contact us for updates or to work out a plan to correct your order.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
Please contact us should you wish to return an item.
Returns are valid for 14 days for items returned in a fully resale-able and unused condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Whilst we maintain the utmost care in our quality control process, sometimes things go wrong. We are always here to fix any issues that may arise.
The London Toy Company range is safety tested to the highest standards and work closely with our production team to ensure that we have top quality control processes in our factories, right through to an item arriving to your door. The safety assurance caries through the lifetime of the item.
Cleaning and washing my products
For our soft toys, they are not suitable for machine washing cleaning. They are digitally printed and some have delicate embroidered features. We suggest to hand wash these items.
