Do we ship globally?
- We ship to every corner of the globe and you can check the rates for your location before checkout.
- Please note, no guarantees can be given for international orders and all delivery dates provided are estimates only.
Do we offer express services?
- Express delivery options are available for orders to England, Scotland and Wales. You can select next working day shipping at the checkout and we will post such orders via a reputable courier such as DHL or DPD using their ‘next day delivery’ services.
- Any orders received before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that such next day services only deliver Monday-Friday (usually between 8am-6pm) and are generally reliable, but not guaranteed.
- We will dispatch your order on time and via the service selected, but we cannot refund or cancel orders if the courier does end up taking longer to deliver the order to you.
Can I track my order?
- You will receive an email from us with a dispatch note. If your order is trackable, this will also include your tracking number.
What if my order is delayed or damaged?
